Welcome to Pickwick Boat Shack, where your boat is our business. Our goal is to build and maintain the best boat storage facility in the Pickwick Lake area. We have 40 bays total, but only five remain available. Each bay is 30' long and 12' wide with 14' of clearance. The storage buildings are all-steel construction, completely fenced in; yet our customers will have access to their boats 24/7.
The Pickwick Boat Shack is more than just a name for a boat storage business and a place to keep your boat; you can rest assured that your boat will be under our watchful eye, not just stored and forgotten.
But that's not all; directly across the road is the Pickwick Exxon, where you will many of the items needed for a weekend of fun on the lake.
Future plans include building a facility that will give our customers a place to rest and relax, or to simply retreat from the summer heat and the occasional thunderstorm. Overnight accommodations will be available for those that wish to spend as much time at the lake as their busy schedules will allow.
However, should an investor, who's savvy enough to recognize an excellent location, be interested in buying, leasing, or even establishing a partnership to build on the vacant road frontage property, we may pass on building additional storage units. Contact us for more details.
